5-minute setup:
1. Go to console.firebase.google.com and create a project
2. Click Realtime Database → Create database → Start in test mode
3. Go to Project Settings (gear icon) → scroll to "Your apps" → click the Web icon (</>)
4. Register the app, then copy the firebaseConfig object shown
5. Paste the entire config object below and click Save

📧 EmailJS Setup

EmailJS lets this page send emails automatically — no server needed. Free for up to 200 emails/month.

One-time setup (5 min):
1. Create a free account at emailjs.com
2. Add an Email Service (connect your Gmail or Outlook)
3. Create an Email Template with these variables:
  {{to_name}} {{to_email}} {{press_date}} {{hours}} {{order_list}} {{from_name}}
4. Copy your Public Key, Service ID, and Template ID below.
